HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL PRECISION CHRONOGRAPH PIONEER Mk II Hanhart was a pioneer in the field of reliable, highly functional precision chronographs. In 1938, the company designed the single-pusher with its own ‘Calibre 40’ for naval officers. Just one year later, the first pilot's chronographs followed with the ‘Calibre 41’ - a switch-wheel movement with flyback function. When the Swiss-German watch brand reissued faithful replicas of these legendary chronographs in the 1990s, it built on its long tradition and high level of expertise. In 2012, Hanhart presented the Pioneer Mk I, Mk II and TachyTele models with elegant antique white dials. A PIECE OF HISTORY PAST MEETS PRESENT The PIONEER Mk II model is based on Hanhart's first pilot's chronograph from 1939. It has two push-buttons, the upper one asymmetrically offset, the lower reset push-button strikingly red. WATERPROOF UP TO 10 BAR ROBUST CASING To ensure the best water resistance and robustness, it is equipped with a closed, screwed case back like its predecessors, which guarantees the watch a water resistance of up to 10 bar QUALITY LEATHER OR STAINLESS STEEL COMFORTABLE TO WEAR The PIONEER Mk II is comfortable to wear from day one thanks to the strap made of sturdy, durable calfskin. A high-quality pin buckle ensures that the watch is held securely in place. VINTAGE CHARACTER THE PERFECT EVERYDAY COMPANION The PIONEER Mk II measures 40 mm in diameter and 15 mm in height. The typical Hanhart leather strap with stainless steel rivets emphasizes the vintage character of this watch and ensures a pleasant feel on the wrist. It is the perfect everyday companion, whether for work or leisure. The historical character has been combined with the modern Hanhart logo to perfectly complement the PIONEER collection.
