Sawn Silver Grey Granite Bullnose Step 900x500x40mm

Our Silver Grey Granite is sawn on the sides with a square edge profile. The surface is sawn and flamed – offering excellent slip resistance. Each step has a full bullnose profile along one long edge. Characteristically this Chinese Granite will present as grey in tone with silver & white speckles along with dark grey/black spots. Occasionally some very small amounts of iron oxide may be present. These are positive attributes that enhance the appearance of stone. Our paving, setts & steps are subject to dimensional tolerances of /- 2mm. We do not recommend that these products be butt jointed. We strongly recommend that this granite be primed using a suitable bond bridge prior to being laid to the mortar bedding layer We recommend a minimum gap of 5mm. These gaps should then be grouted with a suitable external grout or with Flowpoint. We recommend mixing paving from crates prior to installation. Always order an additional 10% to allow for wastage, cuts and the occasional piece which you may not like the look of.
