Product Description As the older BMW’s age, they lose their crisp shifting feel as the rubber shifter arm bushing wears out. (This is the attachment of the shifter arm to the transmission.) To regain that crisp feeling for years to come, install these hard-compound urethane bushings. Designed and made here in Southern California.
